1. Product Overview
The rail-mounted isolation grid transmitter is a signal isolation, conversion and transmission device used in industrial automation control, which is usually installed on a standard DIN rail. Its core function is to isolate and convert on-site sensor signals (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) into standard signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, etc.), and at the same time provide electrical isolation protection to ensure system safety and anti-interference capability.
2. Core Functions
Signal isolation: By means of photoelectric or magnetoelectric isolation technology, ground loop interference is blocked to prevent high voltage from intruding into the control system.
Signal conversion: Supports multiple input/output signal types (such as RTD/ thermocouple to 4-20mA, HART signal transmission).
Power distribution function: Provide loop power supply (usually 24VDC) for two-wire transmitters.
