Working principle: Temperature is measured based on the characteristic that the resistance of metal conductors (such as platinum Pt100, Cu50, etc.) changes with temperature.
Structural form: It is formed by one-piece drawing of temperature-sensing elements, insulating materials (high-purity magnesium oxide), and metal protective sleeves (stainless steel, Inco nickel, etc.), featuring a compact structure.

2. Main Features
Characteristic description
The armored housing has a high mechanical strength, with a compressive strength of over 100MPa, and is resistant to mechanical shock and vibration.
It features a fast response speed and a small diameter (commonly Φ1mm to Φ8mm), with a thermal response time as short as 0.1 to 5 seconds (for water testing).
It has strong corrosion resistance and can be made of 316L, Hastelloy and other materials. It is suitable for harsh environments such as acids, alkalis and salt spray.
The temperature range is wide, from -200℃ to +800℃ (standard type), and special models can reach up to +1100℃ (such as platinum-rhodium alloy).
It has good long-term stability, with an annual drift of ≤0.05%t (t is the measured temperature value).
It is flexible to install and can be bent (minimum bending radius ≥5 times the outer diameter), threaded, flanged or welded.

The protective tube materials include 304 stainless steel (default), 316L, GH3030 high-temperature alloy, titanium alloy, etc.
Insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500VDC, at room temperature).
Lead wire method: two-wire system/three-wire system (recommended)/four-wire system (high-precision compensation).
The protection grade is IP65/IP67 (dustproof and waterproof), and the explosion-proof type is optional (Ex ia IIC T6).

6. Precautions
Installation requirements: Avoid strong electromagnetic interference. When bending, apply force evenly to prevent breakage.
Maintenance suggestions: Regular calibration (once a year is recommended), and insulation performance should be checked in humid environments.
Special requirements: For ultra-long service life models, platinum-rhodium alloy can be selected. In corrosive environments, it is recommended to install protective sleeves.
